Section 16.04.008 Affected entity.
"Affected entity" means Uintah County, Naples City, Uintah School District, Ashley
Valley Water and Sewer District, Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board, Uintah
County Special Service District, and the Uintah Basin Association of Governments.
