Section 16.04.405 Noncomplying building.
A building or structure
or portion thereof that
legally existed before its
current
land use
designation; and because
of subsequent
land use
ordinance
changes does
not
comply
with the
land
use
regulation's setback,
height restrictions or other
regulations that govern the
building or structure.
