Section 16.04.410 Nonconforming use.
The use of land that
legally existed before its
current
land use
designation; has been
maintained continuously
since the time the
land use
regulation governing the
land changed; and because
of subsequent
land use
ordinance
changes, does
not conform with the
land
use
regulations that now
