The Board of Adjustment shall fix a reasonable time for the hearing of the appeal, give public notice thereof by publication of notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the City at least five (5) days prior to the date of the hearing, as well as due notice to the parties in interest, and shall decide the same within a reasonable time. Upon hearing, any party may appear in person or by agent or by attorney. (PZSC § 03-04-005)
