Section 16.58.160 Street dedication.

All streets shall be dedicated for public use , except those located in a planned residential unit development (PRUD) as defined in section 16.16, which may either privately owned or dedicated for public use . The dedication of half streets in any subdivision is prohibited. (PZSC § 03-28-005 (2) (I))
