Section 16.58.510 Enforcement and permits.

No officer of Vernal City shall grant any permit or license for the construction or use of any building or land unless and until the requirements hereof shall have been complied; except that building permits may be issued upon a document being recorded by the Uintah County Recorder's office stating that no occupancy of structures will be granted until all subdivision improvements, as required by City ordinances, are completed and accepted in writing by Vernal City.
