Chapter 2.72 RECORDS ACCESS MANAGEMENT
Section 2.72.020 Purpose.
It is the intent of Vernal City to repeal its Government Records Acess and
Management Act and adopt the Utah State Government Records Access and Management
Act, pursuant to, and in conformance with, Utah Code Annotated, 63-2-101 through 63-2-804.
