Chapter 9.32 MISCELLANEOUS CRIMINAL PROVISIONS
Section 9.32.195 Parental Responsibility for Curfew Violation
It shall be unlawful for a parent or legal guardian having
care of a juvenile knowingly to
permit or by inefficient control to allow the juvenile to remain in any public place under
circumstances not constituting an exception to, or otherwise beyond the scope of Section
9.32.190. The term "knowingly" includes knowledge that a parent or legal guardian should
reasonably be expected to have concerning the whereabouts of a juvenile in the parent's or legal
