Are there safety improvements that need attention in the Vernal area? Help the community develop a safety action plan to identify areas where safety can be improved for vehicles, pedestrians, school zones, bicyclists and other modes of travel. Share your ideas about your safety concerns or comments. The online map allows the placement of comments at the location of concern. Also, residents can “like” another comment they agree with. Map is located online at vernalactionplan.com. A Community Workshop will be held at City Hall on Wednesday, August 17th (4pm to 6pm) to discus the comments and plan. The safety action plan will identify and prioritize projects to improve safety and encourage safe streets for all.
